He invited 17 of Belgium’s finest chefs to share their inspiring passion.
Vincent’s initiative arose because he feels that “sugar-free” isn’t taken seriously to this day.
He combined Zùsto, “the” Belgian sugar substitute with inviting his peers/befriended pastry chefs to provide an overview of the possibilities of the product.
Target audience: by professionals FOR professionals
An initiative by Vincent Bulteel, master chocolatier and proprietor of Inca’cao, with support from Nico Renmans, Zùsto’s CEO, an inspiring book was realised in which 17 Belgian pastry chefs and master chocolatiers present a creation based on Zùsto, the healthy sugar substitute. One by one exquisite works of art that express the passion, expertise and know-how of the participating chefs. Among the participating chefs we find crowned and renowned talents such as Michel Eyckerman, Jérôme Grimonpon (FR), Hannes D’Heedene, Bart Ardijns, Glenn Schutyser, etc… And Olivier Willems, who was recently crowned Flanders’ Chocolatier of the year by Gault&Millau, contributed as well.
