Why we developed this product

Granola usually contains around 11% up to 25% sugars and more. 

An average serving size of 50 grams, thus corresponds to a daily intake of 10 grams of added sugars – and then the day has only just begun.

Fans of granola thus consume 3,6 kg of added sugars annually, or 14.600 kcal per year.

That is 10 times more sugar than Zùsto’s granola, which only contains naturally occurring sugars. 

With Zùsto’s granola, we not only aim to stop over-consumption of sugar (and the health consequences linked to it), but also to make it a positive and healthier experience, with its high & diversified content of healthy fibers. Indulgence without guilt.

For instance, despite using healthy grains, most granolas in the market contain only 7-8% fibers. By using Zùsto Sugar Substitute, our granola contains no less than 21% healthy fibers.  That’s more than double!

Zùsto’s fibers are also very varied, optimizing & combining both digestive tolerance (digestibility) and health benefits.
