Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C or 150 °C for fan ovens.
- Grease the baking mould and cover with baking paper.
- Soak the coconut in the milk 2 hours in advance.
- Mix the Zùsto with the flour.
- Now mix the butter, eggs, lemon zest, milk and coconut together into the flour mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Place the cake on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing it from the baking mould.
