Preparation method
- Melt 175 g of Zùsto Chocolate Callets in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine all the other ingredients, starting with the dry ingredients and then gradually adding the liquid ingredients.
- Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Add the melted Zùsto Chocolate Callets to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated resulting in a homogenous batter.
- Pour the batter into a baking dish.
- Bake at 175 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
- Finish with a sprinkle of orange zest for decoration.
