  • 67 g vanilla pudding powder from Imperial
  • 100 g Zusto
  • 1l semi-skimmed milk (cold)
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg

  • A cooking pot
  • Small bowls
  • 2 bowls
  • A cutting board
  • A knife
  • A whisk

Preparation method

  1. Beat the egg together with the Zusto.
  2. Remove the insides from the vanilla pod.
  3. Place the vanilla powder in a small bowl and dissolve it in the milk (make sure all the vanilla powder is covered).
  4. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil along with the pinch of salt and the insides of the vanilla pod. Make sure you keep stirring it.

About Ann Veldeman

I have been working as an executive assistant at Zùsto since April 2020.I think that not only is it a great product to use, but the company and the people who work there are also fabulous. It’s such an honour to be part of the team.

Because of them, I got to know all about Zùsto and honestly, I use it really quite regularly in the kitchen. I couldn’t live without it!
