Preparation method
- Mix the pudding powder with the Zùsto.
- Add a splash of milk and the egg to this mixture.
- Stir well to combine. This is called a composition.
- Bring the milk to a boil and add the composition just before it reaches boiling point.
- Let it simmer.
- Pour the warm pudding into a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming.
- It is ready to use after cooling.
