Preparation method
- Pour the (diet) tonic and lime juice into a large glass and add the mint. Crush the mint leaves and add the Zùsto.
- Add ice and top the glass with sparkling water.
- Serve with mint and lime
Variation:
A fun twist for the summer: go for a fruity virgin mojito! Add rhubarb and raspberries along with the mint. Pair with Fever-Tree’s Sweet Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water.
