Preparation method
- Take the butter out of the fridge in advance so that it is already soft.
- Mix the flour with the Zùsto and almond powder.
- Add this mixture into the egg and butter.
- Knead it briefly, but make sure you don’t not knead it for too long or it will not be possible
to roll out the dough. - Allow to harden in the refrigerator before rolling it out.
- Roll out the dough and cut out the biscuits in the shape of your choice.
- Place the biscuits on a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the biscuits from the oven and leave them cool on the wire rack.
