- Mix the Zùsto with the eggs and beat firmly with the whisk.
- Add the vanilla and milk and mix well again. Add the butter and mix in.
- Next, add the flour, hazelnut flour and baking powder to the batter.
- Mix and allow to rest while you heat your waffle iron.
- Use about half a ladle per waffle and bake for about 4 minutes each time. Allow to cool on a wire rack and serve!
