Preparation method
- Preheat oven to 180°.
- Peel and cut the apples into pieces.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar then add the melted butter, flour, baking powder and salt, mix well to obtain a smooth paste.
- Add the apple pieces and mix.
- Butter a cake pan or small tins and pour in the mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
- Let cool before unmolding and serve with a little cinnamon and slivered almonds.
