Mini Soft Apple Cakes

  • 3 apples
  • 100 grams flour
  • 100 grams Zusto
  • 100 grams melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • butter for the pan
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°.
  2. Peel and cut the apples into pieces.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar then add the melted butter, flour, baking powder and salt, mix well to obtain a smooth paste.
  4. Add the apple pieces and mix.
  5. Butter a cake pan or small tins and pour in the mixture.
  6. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
  7. Let cool before unmolding and serve with a little cinnamon and slivered almonds.
