Preparation method
- Mix the flour, the Zùsto and the baking powder, then add the softened margarine, the vanilla extract and an egg.
- Once everything is well mixed, add the salt and the mixture of nuts, seeds and dried berries.
- Make balls of the same size and weight and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180°C. Then leave them to cool directly on a cooling rack. One biscuit is more than enough as a snack in picnic or lunch boxes.
