Preparation method
- Add the dry ingredients (self-raising flour, salt, vanilla extract and Zusto) to a large bowl. Mix these together briefly and make a well in the centre.
- Add the eggs, butter or oil, and half of the milk to the well. Mix it all into a smooth batter. Now slowly add the rest of the milk while continuing to stir.
- Leave the batter to stand for half an hour.
- Place a small amount of the butter into the frying pan and using a ladle, pour a little of the batter into the pan. If the pancake starts to bubble up, flip it over. Leave to cook for a very short period of time.
