For 16 pancakes
  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 50 g Zusto
  • 8 g vanilla powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 700ml milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil

  • A whisk
  • A measuring cup
  • A frying pan suitable for pancakes
  • A bowl
  • A ladle

Preparation method

  1. Add the dry ingredients (self-raising flour, salt, vanilla powder and Zusto) to a large bowl. Mix these together briefly and make a well in the centre.
  2. Add the eggs, butter or oil, and half of the milk to the well. Mix it all into a smooth batter. Now slowly add the rest of the milk while continuing to stir.
  3. Leave the batter to stand for half an hour.
  4. Place a small amount of the butter into the frying pan and using a ladle, pour a little of the batter into the pan. If the pancake starts to bubble up, flip it over. Leave to cook for a very short period of time.

About Ann Veldeman

I have been working as an executive assistant at Zùsto since April 2020.I think that not only is it a great product to use, but the company and the people who work there are also fabulous. It’s such an honour to be part of the team.

Because of them, I got to know all about Zùsto and honestly, I use it really quite regularly in the kitchen. I couldn’t live without it!
