Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan heat.
- Weigh all the dry ingredients and place in a large mixing bowl: the oatmeal flakes, chia seeds, crushed flaxseed, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, and the cocoa powder.
- Mix everything together thoroughly until the cocoa powder is evenly distributed.
- Weigh the Zùsto and add it to the mixture.
- Mix it all together thoroughly.
- Add 2 tbsp sunflower oil to the mixing bowl.
- Add 5 tbsp water to the mixing bowl.
- Mix it all together thoroughly.
- Take the baking tray and line it with baking paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Spread the granola evenly on the baking tray.
- Put the granola in the oven for 25 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, flip the granola once and spread it back evenly onto the baking tray.
- After 20 to 25 minutes (depending on your oven), remove the granola from the oven and let it cool on the baking tray.
- Store the granola in an airtight jar, this way it will stay tasty.
Tip: Eat your granola with natural yogurt, cottage cheese or milk and add a few more pieces of your favorite fruit. You now have a full breakfast!
