SUGAR-FREE BROWNIES
While classic brownies usually contain added sugar, with this Zùsto version, you can definitely take a second helping!

Ingredients
- 390 g pure chocolate
- 270 g unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 480 g Zùsto
- 250 g organic eggs
- 270 g flour
- 4 g baking powder
- 150 g white chocolate (finely chopped)

Method
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Line a small rectangular baking tray with baking paper.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl in the microwave on low power. Make sure that this doesn’t overheat. Stir it every 45 seconds to make sure the chocolate and the butter melt evenly.
- Beat the eggs and the Zùsto until they’re light and airy. (It’s best using a mixer with a whisk to do this.)
- Strain the flour and the baking powder through each other to make sure they’re well mixed.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter to the eggs and mix until they’re completely mixed in.
- Add the flour and the baking powder and make sure, once again, that all ingredients are spread out evenly through the chocolate mass.
- Mix the finely chopped white chocolate through.
- Pour the brownie mixture on the baking tray (approximately 2 cm thick) and put it in the oven on the middle shelf.
- Bake the sugar-free brownies in the oven for 35 minutes.
