- Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- Beat the eggs with the olive oil, sunflower oil, cinnamon, salt and the Zùsto until firm.
- Sift the flour and baking powder.
- Now add the grated carrots.
- Add the mixture into the baking tin and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
For the topping
- Stir the cream cheese until soft with a whisk.
- Add the juice of the lemon.
- Now we can add the Zùsto.
- When the carrot cake has cooled, we can finish the topping according to our own creation.
