- Beat the egg white.
- Mix together almond flour and the Zùsto.
- Add the egg whites little by little to the dry ingredients while kneading them in the food processor using a dough hook.
- When it comes together into a ball, you can stop adding the egg white.
- Wrap in the cling film and leave it to rest in the fridge for half an hour.
- Now roll the balls (you can also roll them in the cocoa or coconut if you like)
