- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough into a smooth batter. Pour into the baking dish (pancake may be about 5 cm thick).
- Topping: defrost the raspberries and mash them.
- Add the Zùsto and make your own raspberry compote!
- Spread the raspberry compote and peanut butter over the batter and place in the preheated oven at 180°C for 15 min. Enjoy!
Tip: serve with some extra fruit and/or yogurt, quark, etc.
