- Pour the flour and Zùsto into a bowl. Add the butter in small cubes. Rub in with your fingertips until you have a granular mixture. Place the bowl in a cool place.
- Peel and core the pears and then cut them into cubes. Melt a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan and fry the fruit for 5 minutes over a high heat. Add a tablespoon of Zùsto and simmer for a further 5 min until the pear is caramelised.
- Tip the caramelised pears into a baking dish. Break the chocolate into pieces and sprinkle over the pears. Finally, add the crumble mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 mins – just long enough for the crumble to brown.
- Serve and eat warm (for an even better taste).
