- Wash the strawberries and place them in a mixing bowl along with the whole cream. Puree the mixture finely with the hand-held blender.
- Add the Zusto and mix it with the hand blender until it turns into a smooth batter (the Zusto may clump a little at first, but it will be fine after it has been mixed).
- Pour the batter into a freezer-safe jar/bowl and place in the freezer overnight.
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving (it will make it easier to scoop).
