Ingredients

For 1 pie (16 slices)
  • 5 grams of cinnamon
  • 15 grams of flour
  • 50 grams Zùsto
  • 2 to 3 apples
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 sheet of ready-made crumble topping (round)

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180°C .

  1. Line a round cake tin with crumble topping
    • You can use the baking paper from the dough so that you can easily get the cake out of the tin.
    • Want to make it without baking paper? Then grease the tin and dust it with flour.
  2. Prick holes in the bottom with a fork.
  3. Mix the flour, cinnamon and the Zùsto together
  4. Now mix the cream into the dry ingredients to form a lump-free batter.
  5. Peel the apples and remove the cores.
  6. Cut the apples into thin slices (3–5 mm).
  7. Arrange the apple slices clockwise around the cake tin.
  8. Pour over the batter
  9. Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Do you prefer puff pastry? You can use this too.
