From the cookbook Strak Plan 2

Soy yogurt is made from soybeans. Because this “yogurt” is made with legumes, it can have a positive impact on blood cholesterol levels. In fact, legumes can actually lower levels of LDL cholesterol (“bad” cholesterol). And low LDL cholesterol levels are good for blood vessels.

Ingredients

For 6 pieces
  • 125 g Alpro Greek style
  •  64 g Zùsto
  •  1 egg
  •  125 g flour
  •  1 tsp peanut oil
  •  1 tsp baking powder
  •  1 tsp cinnamon
  •  ½ red apple, diced

Equipment

  • Airfryer
  • Muffin cake tins
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C.
  2. Mix the Alpro Greek Style with the Zùsto, peanut oil and the cinnamon.
  3. Add the egg and mix everything together well. Then add the flour and baking powder and finally the apple pieces.
  4. Divide the batter between the muffin tins and put in the preheated Airfryer for 25 min, but at a temperature of 160°C. To get a nice colour on them, brush some egg yolk onto the muffins after 15 minutes so that it can bake on top for the last 10 minutes.

Enjoy!

About Strak Plan

It may sounds like a cliché, but wouldn’t you like to lose weight without going on a diet? Then take a look at Strak.

‘Online is the new black’ is what we mean by the Strak Plan. One branch of the Strak Plan is the successful nutritional and dietary consultations that are mainly held online!

Strak Plan started 3 years ago as a dietician’s practice where you could go and work in a sustainable way towards a body that you accept.

We make people aware that a healthy lifestyle is easy to follow and that that number on the scale doesn’t mean anything. We look for the underlying problem because the food is just the symptom of it.

When you sign up with Strak Plan, you will receive guidance about psychological inputs, backed up with factual knowledge about nutrition. Add in a very personal approach and you know why you should choose Strak Plan if you want to work on having a life that doesn’t involve dieting!
