- Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C.
- Mix the Alpro Greek Style with the Zùsto, peanut oil and the cinnamon.
- Add the egg and mix everything together well. Then add the flour and baking powder and finally the apple pieces.
- Divide the batter between the muffin tins and put in the preheated Airfryer for 25 min, but at a temperature of 160°C. To get a nice colour on them, brush some egg yolk onto the muffins after 15 minutes so that it can bake on top for the last 10 minutes.
