Cinnamon Swirl

For 6 to 8 people


  • 120 g oatmeal
  • 100 g almond flour 
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 200 g vegetable yoghurt
  • 2 eggs 
  • 70 g Zùsto

Cinnamon filling

  • 75 g Zùsto
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 50 g melted coconut oil
  • Pecans


  • Mixing bowl
  • Round baking pan of 20 cm diameter

Preparation method

  1. Mix all ingredients well and pour into the baking pan.

Cinnamon filling

  1.  Mix the Zùsto with the cinnamon and melted coconut oil.
  2. Spread this filling with a teaspoon over the batter (make dimples and fill), then use a fork to make swirls all over the cake, put pecans on top and bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
